
Paula at The Redundancy Recovery Hub supported Careys through a 2020 restructure by offering an informative and holistic set of resources for our employees going through a 2020 redundancy programme as a result of Covid19. Paula offered a highly personal service to Careys, taking great care to ensure that the all in our People Team had a robust understanding of the offering by walking us through the Redundancy Hub portal and allowing time for questions – even offering support to build in some bespoke content to make it as relevant as possible for the people in our industry job families. Paula went above and beyond to ensure a successful launch of the Redundancy Recovery Hub by supporting our internal communications messaging with the ‘right words and tone’.
